Lisa Sherchan
Ms. Lisa Sherchan is the Founder and Managing Director of 360 Education, where she oversees key business operations, including compliance, finance, sales and marketing, and partner relations. With 13 years of industry experience, she brings a wealth of expertise and strategic insight to the organization.
Lisa holds prestigious certifications, including USATC, QEAC, and TITI, underscoring her commitment to professional excellence and continuous development.
Before establishing 360 Education, she played pivotal roles at Goldman Sachs in New York and Bangalore, serving as an Asset Management (GSAM) and Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Officer. She holds an MSc in Business Analytics from Aarhus University, Denmark, and a BA in Economics and Business Administration from Wesleyan College, USA.
Sumit Sharma
Sumit is a well-seasoned professional in the educational sector and a specialist in pedagogy and refinement of vocational skills. He had previously been a full-time lecturer at Martin deTours School of Management and Economics, Assumption University of Thailand, where he had coordinated such topics as Project Management, Business Research Methodology, and Content Editing for academic manuscripts. His long millage in this Thai institution has well equipped him with robust familiarity with education quality standards such as TQF (Thai Quality Standards) and AOL (Assurance of Learning), which are in line with the standards of accreditation by AACSB.
He was a visiting lecturer at the International School of Tourism and Hospitality Management, Kathmandu, before joining 360, where he diversified his experience in teaching. Corporate jobs have emphasized high responsibility roles in marketing management and operational management, which underpin his versatile professional portfolio.
Sumit possesses a wide and diversified academic foundation, covering an MBA and an ongoing PhD in Philosophy and Religions from Assumption University, in addition to his Bachelor’s in Computer Information Systems from Pokhara University, Nepal. This interdisciplinary education forms the basis of a holistic view concerning teaching and learning as well as professional development in the educational context.
